Hobbies and Interests

There isn´t much time for hobbies but I like:
- reading books
- hearing music
- care for broken toys ;-)
- being in the nature
- riding motorcycle (not barefoot)
- being barefoot, of course


Why Another Website ?

Maybe it´s a little piece that helps to make barefooting in public more accepted. It´s also a possibility to intruduce myself to DSS-Members and other barefoot-interessted people. It wasn´t my Intention to create a website that shows all facettes of barfooting or even my life.


Why Barefoot ?

At first : In my eyes, there is strictly difference between beeing barefoot in public and fetish, foot-sex and other things which may be associated in someones heads.
In fact, my heart does a little jump if I see other people, especially women, barefoot at unusal places in public. But I think a fixation on this would be like viewing the Sistine Chapel through a keyhole.

To prevent misleadings, I don´t dam shoes totally. There are some good reasons to wear shoes sometimes. Many activities in our modern world doesn´t allow to be barefoot whithout facing a really big risk. But there are many other situations were I can leave my shoes at home whithout missing it.

To be barefoot is the natural way to walk by feet. Unfortunally today most people think it´s normal to put their feet in shoes, although it causes diseases, deformations and disfunctions. Fighting against prejudice, ignorance and less acceptance is hard for Barefooters who stand alone. I like to be in contact with other Barefooters. Why did I choose english Language ?

There is an intressting forum in germany, you will find a link here. I want to make this site readable to many people. Maybe I create a german version later.
